I stayed at this hotel thinking it would be a true resort experience, but it fell a bit short of my expectations. While the rooms were spacious and clean, they felt quite dated. The dining at the Texas Road House grill was enjoyable, and having Goose Island IPA on tap was a nice touch, but it was a letdown not to have a bar or a proper dining area. Overall, it’s decent for a short stay, but don't expect a full resort vibe.

The courtyard out back was attractively lighted, but the kid swim play area was quite dated.

I had mixed feelings about my stay here. While the rooms were spacious and clean, they felt quite dated, which was a letdown. The courtyard was a nice touch, especially with the Texas Road House grill serving decent food. Though the Goose Island IPA on tap was a highlight, the lack of true resort amenities like bars made it less appealing. Additionally, the unusual swimming attire policy was a strange experience. Overall, it’s decent but not what I had envisioned for a resort.

The only standout facility was the lighted courtyard, but otherwise, the resort lacked significant amenities.

This hotel feels more like a basic accommodation rather than a true resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, but they do have an outdated vibe. The courtyard area with the Texas Road House grill was a decent spot for food, and having Goose Island IPA on tap was a nice touch. On the downside, the swim rules about wearing a hat were quite unusual and made the experience feel less relaxed.

I expected a true resort experience, but it fell a bit short. While the rooms were large and clean, they felt quite dated, and the lack of bar facilities was disappointing. The dining at Texas Road House was a highlight, with decent barbecue options available. However, the hat requirement for the pool was a strange rule. Overall, it's somewhat enjoyable, but don't go in expecting a luxurious escape.

The stay was pretty mixed for me. The hotel is labeled as a resort but feels more like a glorified motel with a dated atmosphere. On the plus side, the rooms were large and clean, and the restaurant served some delicious food. On the downside, the amenities were pretty limited, lacking bars and modern features, and I was surprised by the requirement to wear a hat while swimming.

Facilities were very limited; the dated kid's swim area needed improvement and had odd swimming rules.
